All Resilience classes start with a funky fun warm-up dance, classes incorporate strength, flexibility and fitness activities to allow the gymnasts to develop. Each class is planned to ensure the gymnasts are getting the maximum skill development at a comfortable pace and in a safe environment importantly this ensures that gymnasts are being challenged and are progressing over the term. Resilience provides many opportunities and pathways for young gymnasts to progress further in this amazing sport.



Starting at from 18 months old, our Kindergym program is a kids gymnastics program that works to develop motor skills, muscle development, coordination, social interaction and most of all, having fun.  Parents are encouraged to join in through the session to support their child’s learning and have a go at the same time!


Our Fundamental program is our introductory program and is non-competitive. It is aimed at developing the core gymnastics skills needed for any gymnasts to start or progress their gymnastics journey. Fundamentals is perfect for gymnasts wanting to start gymnastics, have some fun!


At Resilience, we believe that gymnastics should be available to all. Building on the foundations of Kinder Gym we teach these students basics and fine motor skills in a fun, safe environment. We see their confidence and strength develop as they take on and master new activities such as coordination, climbing, jumping, and rolling activities.


This is the next step for gymnastics after having completed our Fundamentals Program. Our Progressive program follows the Women's National Levels program skills and routines in a non-competitive environment.  Training hours for level 1 is a minimum of 1, 2-hour class each week and level 2 or higher is a minimum of 1, 3-hour class each week. 


Our Acro classes are aimed to challenge, develop and improve aerial awareness. Acro classes can assist athletes from other sports people who use Gymnastics based skills.


Our WAG Competitive Program is designed to develop our female gymnasts to their full potential, so that they may represent Resilience Gymnastics College in competitions. Training hours range up to 20 hours per week, dependent upon level, with our girls training on all four WAG apparatus – Floor, Vault, Beam and Bars. Our WAG levels gymnasts develop a range of skills on all apparatus, with a strong focus on physical preparation. 


This program focuses on preparing our young male gymnasts to represent Resilience Gymnastics at competitions. These gymnasts train across all levels at a high standard with training hours up to 17 hours per week. Our gymnasts train a range of basic to advanced skills on all MAG apparatus – Floor, Pommel, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars and Horizontal Bar.​


Resilience Gymnastics College offer private lessons to help with targeted progress and development for the individual gymnast. Lessons can be tailored to cover routines, strength, flexibility, tumbling or targeted skills. Private lessons can be a great help in the lead up to testing and competition season.


Our parties run for 2 hours and are packed full of circuits, games, apparatus and supervised fee time! BYO Food, Drinks, Cake & Decorations. Resilience members receive a 10% discount!


Sporting Schools is an Australian Government initiative that is designed to help schools increase children’s participation in sport. 

The primary aim of the initiative is to assist children develop a lifelong interest in sport, gain a healthier mind and body, have fun and learn sport activities and games in a safe environment. As a registered gymnastics provider with Sporting Schools, Resilience Gymnastics College can provide schools with a gymnastics program either at the school or at our own facility. ​
